All digital product sales are final.
Due to the immediate and permanent nature of digital downloads, Functional Homes & Bodies, LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products, including PDF guides and downloadable resources, once the purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical difficulties unrelated to file delivery
- Accidental purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the content
- Failure to read the product description prior to purchase
If you experience a technical issue receiving or accessing your file, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of purchase and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Out-of-Pocket Payments & Insurance Reimbursement
Functional Homes & Bodies Occupational Therapy is committed to fair and transparent billing practices. If you have paid out of pocket for therapy services and subsequently receive reimbursement from your insurance provider, you may be eligible for a partial refund as outlined below.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Eligibility
Clients who meet all of the following criteria are eligible to request a refund:
- Payment for therapy services was made out of pocket at the time of the visit
- A claim was submitted to your insurance provider for the same service
- Your insurance provider issued a reimbursement (as reflected on your Explanation of Benefits, or EOB)
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the date on your EOB
Refund Amount
Refunds are limited to the amount reimbursed by your insurance provider only, as shown on your EOB. Any portion of the out-of-pocket payment not covered by insurance is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us using the patient portal with the subject line: Insurance Reimbursement Refund Request
- Include your name, date(s) of service, and a copy of your EOB showing the reimbursed amount
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
Please note that Functional Homes & Bodies Occupational Therapy is not responsible for verifying insurance benefits prior to treatment. Clients are encouraged to confirm coverage directly with their insurance provider before scheduling services.
